HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make your reservation (booking) both online on our website “www.guzelvillam.com",and by phone. During the reservation process, our consultants will give you the necessary information and if needed help you with your reservation.

Online reservations: On the page of the property you wish to book, check availability on the calendar (find link under the property's photos, calculate the price for the dates you choose (click on the "Calculate Price" button).  This will bring you to the reservation page.

Then fill in the relevant sections. After filling the personal information section, make the payment by choosing one of the methods such as Credit card, Money Order - Eft. After confirmation of your reservation (booking) you will receive an email.

Booking by phone: You can make your reservation by calling our contact numbers or by contacting our WhatsApp support line. When you call our consultants will provide you with the necessary information.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

The use of products such as all white goods, furniture, towels, wifi, electricity, water, natural gas charges; Garden and pool use, entrance cleaning and disinfection are included in the price.

ARE THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE PER PERSON?

Prices displayed on the website are not per person, but based on weekly rent. Prices vary depending on the day selection.

We rent out our own as well as properties we select and that comply with our company standards. 

We evaluate all the feedback from our valued guests so we can always improve our work and make sure our guests experience the comfort they deserve.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT TIMES TO THE PROPERTIES?

Villa check-in time: 16.00

Villa check-out time: 10:00

The interval in between is used to complete the cleaning and disinfection work for the next guest. In case the house is empty after you, flexibility can be provided when you contact our consultants.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN STAY AT THE PROPERTY?

The accommodation capacity of each villa is different.

Before you make a reservation,  we recommend that you make your choices in line with this capacity. Examine the details of the property on the property's page. There you will find how many people can stay at that particular property. 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH STAY?

Although a minimum of 7 days rental rule is applied for many properties, flexibility can be shown depending on the dates and the property

TAXES AND BILLING - HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our company issues the invoice (18% VAT) on behalf of our guests and sends it to you in the form of an e-invoice. 

CAN I BRING MY PET(S)?

Whether pets are allowed at the property depends on the owner of the property.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PROPERTY I RENTED?

Access to the villa/holiday rental is provided by our guests' own means. The location of the villa will be explained to you in detail by our representatives and the location will be sent to you. The  key will be given to you by our representative on the day you check-in.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF CANCELLATION & REFUND?

Reservation cancellation - refund conditions vary depending on your payment method and the remaining time of your stay. In our booking platform "www.guzelvillam.com", the cancellation and return conditions are stated in detail on the reservation page of each holiday home. Although there are exceptions and differences according to the holiday home in some cases, all the details of the cancellation - return conditions in general are also explained in the cancellation - return conditions section of our website.
