VILLA DESCRIPTION

Villa James 1 ; Located in Kaş on the Çukurbağ Peninsula and has a wide view of the Mediterranean. It is only 250 meters walking distance to the sea. Our villa, which has a private garden and its own private pool, is a suitable option for conservative families thanks to its sheltered pool.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st  Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning and bathroom & WC.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bathroom & WC..

Living Room: Air conditioning, table & chairS, sitting group, TV and sofa bed.

Open Kitchen: Modern American kitchen, sea and nature view (on the pool floor), refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-hob, electric kettle), toaster, 8-person dinner set, pan , pots, cutlery, etc.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week, if you want extra cleaning, the cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after the villa for a fee.

In the garden of the villa, there is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, table & chair, barbecue and parasol.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
