VILLA DESCRIPTION

Villa Defne ; It is a modern holiday villa with wooden design located in Kalkan Kızıltaş district. Our villa with panoramic sea view is within walking distance to the center and is a suitable option for guests who prefer a sheltered pool and terrace.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and washbasin. Balcony with a sea view.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and washbasin. Balcony with a sea view.

Living Room: Our comfortable and relaxing living room has a sofa set, TV, satellite, internet, iron and ironing board. A direct exit to the lounge by the pool.

Kitchen: This modern and stylish designed kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 built-in hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dinnerware, kitchen tools, etc.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week, if you want extra cleaning, the cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after the villa for a fee.

 POOL INFORMATION

Dimensions: 3.50 m, 7.50 m, 1.60 cm.

 POOL TERRACE INFORMATION

There are sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, a shower, dining table and chairs and a sofa set  on our terrace.

• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
