VILLA DESCRIPTION

Located in the Kalamar region of Kalkan, Villa Kayra is within walking distance to the center of Kalkan. In addition to having a magnificent sea and nature view, it also attracts attention with its luxurious architecture. It is very suitable for large families and groups of friends with its accommodation capacity of up to 12 people.

1st Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, bathroom and balcony.

4th Bedroom (Master Suite): 1 double king size bed, jacuzzi, LCD TV, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and balcony.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, bathroom and balcony.

6th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom (bathroom - wc is in the hallway.)

Living room: Modern sitting group, television, satellite receiver, air conditioner, modem for internet, sink and exit to pool terrace.

Kitchen: Microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-stove, electric kettle, toaster, toaster, pots and pans, 10-person dinner set, spoon and fork set and glasses.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you require additional cleaning services, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. they will be provided by the villas maintenance staff, subjected to an extra fee.

 POOL INFORMATION

 There is a private jacuzzi, jetstream swimming pool and a children's pool. Pool dimensions; 12 meters long, 5 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Kalkan, is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kalkan and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
