VILLA  DESCRIPTION

Located in the world famous Patara region; Our villa with a sheltered pool and jacuzzi offers you, our precious guests, the opportunity to experience very special moments. Stone architecture, with its location intertwined with nature; A peaceful holiday away from stress awaits you in our Villa Emir coded villa.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom:  1 double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and washbasin.

2nd  Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, bathroom and washbasin.

Open Kitchen:  American Kitchen with,  dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-stove, toaster, electric kettle, dinner set, cutlery set, pans, pots and glasses.

Living Room:  Sofa set, television, satellite receiver, coffee table, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Access to the pool area.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

The infinity pool with sea view is 12 meters long; width 4.5 meters; depth 1.55 mt. dir..

 POOL TERRACE INFORMATION

Private swimming pool and sunbathing area and private garden, table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, parasols, sitting group, swing.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
