VILLA  DESCRIPTION

Villa Şelale, which is suitable for conservative families and honeymoon couples  s located in the Islamlar /Lapaz region of Kalkan, has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. Our villa has a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 1st floor. A pleasant and peaceful holiday awaits you in a quiet environment away from outside eyes. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi and a heated indoor pool.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, air conditioning, bathroom & Wc.

2nd  Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, Wc.

Open Kitchen: The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, cooker, plate, pan-pots, cutlery set, dining table and 4 chairs.

Living Room:  Comfortable seating group, coffee table, air conditioning and TV.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

 POOL TERRACE INFORMATION

In the garden of the villa, there is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, table - chair, barbecue, sun lounger - parasol.

REGION FEATURES

Kalkan, is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kaş and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
