Villa Akdeniz 1 was completed in 2021 and is located in the Islamlar area of Kalkan district, intertwined with nature. Our villa has A panoramic nature view. It is a detached, conservative villa with a private swimming pool, away from foreign eyes. It is 10 km from the center of Kalkan. Villa Akdeniz 1 has 1 bedroom and is decorated in a modern and stylish way according to the capacity of 2 people. There is a jacuzzi in the bedroom. There is a cinema room. It creates a luxury holiday opportunity for our honeymoon couples. Villa Akdeniz 1 opens its doors to our valued guests for a peaceful holiday in nature.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Open Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, pots and pans, dinnerware, cutlery and glasses..

Living Room: Sofa set, air conditioner, coffee table, TV, satellite receiver and wireless modem.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

Kalkan is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kaş and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
