VILLA  DESCRİPTİON

Villa Zülfiye is located in the Kalkan Ulugöl area. It has a 5 bedroom accommodation capacity of 10 people. 2-storey upper floor with independent entrance. Upper Floor Entrance is different and it is a detached villa. There are 2+1 downstairs pool terrace, living room, kitchen, cinema room and 2 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, separate living room and kitchen on the 3+1 upper floor.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom:    1  double bed, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom:  2  single beds , air conditioner, bathroom and toilet

3rd Bedroom:   1  double bed, air conditioner.

4th Bedroom:  3 single beds, air conditioner.

5th Bedroom:  1  double  bed, air conditioner.

Open Kitchen: American kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, glasses, cutlery, dining table and chairs.

Living Room: Sitting group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table and wireless modem.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

REGİON FEATURES

Kalkan is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kaş and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
