Villa Simena is located in the center of Kalkan, has 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 people. Our villa is within walking distance from the center as it is only 400 meters away. One of Villa Simena's bedrooms has a jacuzzi. Our carefully furnished villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends and will give you an unforgettable holiday.

Open Kitchen:  American kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, dinnerware, pots and pans, cutlery, kettle, 4-burner stove, microwave oven.

Living Room: Sitting group, air conditioning, dining table, satellite receiver, TV and internet.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
