VILLA DESCRIPTION

Located in the village of Kalkan Üzümlü, Villa İpek stands out with its luxurious architecture and nature intertwined features. It is a villa with a jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom in both bedrooms. It can sleep up to 4 guests and is especially suitable for honeymooners, nuclear families and groups of friends.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi.

Living Room: Sitting group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, dining table, coffee table. You can go to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: White appliances, small appliances, kitchen cooking essentials, dinnerware, glasses, plates, etc. are available.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you require additional cleaning services, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. they will be provided by the villas maintenance staff, subjected to an extra fee.

 Private swimming pool with sea view. Pool dimensions;  12 meters long, 4.20 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Kalkan, is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kalkan and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
