VILLA DESCRİPTİON

Villa Ebru is a summer holiday villa with a capacity of 4 people located in Kalkan Akbel. Besides the magnificent sea view, it offers a comfortable holiday to our valued guests with options such as sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi.

NOTE

Extra hammam service, foam and oil massage are provided at an additional cost.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom:   1 double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, nightstands, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom:   2 single beds, air conditioner, nightstands, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Open Kitchen:  Modern American kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, air conditioner, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table and coffee table.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

 POOL TERRACE INFORMATION

The pool and garden are sheltered and not visible from the outside. There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and barbecue.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
