VILLA DESCRIPTION 

Located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, Villa Pera is only a 15-minute walk from the sea. Our villa stands out with its location close to the center, sea view, private pool and terrace area. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Consisting of 2 flats, each flat has a personal entrance.

1 st Bedroom:  Family room with 1 double bed, wardrobe, Nightstand, vanity table, air conditioning, hairdryer, jacuzzi, private bathroom (1st floor)

2nd Bedroom:  Family room with 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, hair dryer (Ground Floor)

3rd Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, hair dryer (Ground Floor)

NOTE: OUR GROUND FLOOR HAS ONE COMMON BATHROOM

Open Kitchen: American kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, blender, coffee machine, built-in 4 stove, oven, microwave, dinnerware, cutlery set, glasses, pots and pans, water dispenser.

Living Room: Seating group, Smart TV (LCD), air Conditioner, 6-person dining table, Coffee table and wireless modem available. Shared bathroom.

NOTE: Netflix premium is available.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

Kalkan is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kalkan and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
