Located in the center of Kalkan, our apartment is a holiday residence with 3 rooms and a shared pool where 6 people can stay. The aparthotel, which stands out with its walking distance to restaurants and beaches, offers you, our valued guests, the opportunity of a holiday at a very affordable price.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1 st Bedroom:  1 double bed, bedside tables, air conditioner, bathroom & WC.

2nd Bedroom:  1 double bed, bedside tables, air conditioner, bathroom & WC.

3rd  Bedroom:  2 single beds, bedside tables and air conditioning.

Open Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, dining table and chairs.

Living Room: Seating group, TV, satellite receiver, coffee table and wireless modem.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

Kalkan is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kalkan and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR DEAR GUESTS !!!

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
