VILLA DESCRIPTION 

Villa Han is located in the Çavdır region of Kalkan. It has a capacity of 4 people with its 2 bedrooms. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms. Our villa is intertwined with nature, has a private pool and pool terrace and has a very stylish and comfort-based design. Villa Han is an ideal choice for nuclear families, honeymooners and concervative families. 

NOTE

A highchair, a baby bed and games such as; Monopoly, Okay, Ludo, Word to go and darts are available at the villa.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st  Bedroom:  1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table and bathroom. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table and bathroom.

Open Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery set, pans, pots, glasses. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace from the open kitchen area.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table LCD TV and air conditioning.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

Kalkan is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kalkan and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
