VILLA DESCRIPTION 

Villa Gülce is located in the Üzümlü region of Kalkan, it is a new and modern villa, completed in 2021. Our villa has 2 bedrooms (1 with a jacuzzi) and can accommodate 4 people. The pool, pool terrace and garden are sheltered and therefore an ideal option for our conservative guests and guests who prefer their privacy.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st  Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Open Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with a  dining table, high chair, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Living Room: Comfortable sofa set, TV, air conditioner and coffee table. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

REGION FEATURES

Kalkan is located in the western part of Antalya, relatively close to Fethiye. In the recents years it has been growing in terms of touristic opportunities making it a shining star. Rental villas in Kalkan and surrounding areas are offered to our valued guests in many different concepts.

TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR DEAR GUESTS !!!

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
