Located in Kalkan Islamlar region, Villa Breathe is a 2-bedroom villa that can accommodate 4 people. It is a very suitable option for our nuclear families and honeymooners who want a holiday in a quiet location in nature. The villa has two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. There is also a cinema room and sauna.

Living Room: The living room, which opens directly to the pool terrace, is spacious and luxuriously furnished in our comfortable and comfortable living room; There is a sitting group, TV, satellite, internet, iron, ironing board.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, built-in 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave oven, dining table, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, washing machine, pans, pots and other dishes Cooking equipment is available.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is our duty to ensure the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you in a clean way. Our professional staff cleans once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases etc. done for a fee.

POOL TERRACE INFORMATION

Our villa has a large poolside terrace and a private swimming pool. On the pool terrace, there are sun loungers, parasol, garden sitting group, swing, garden dining table, barbecue.

• Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.
• The minimum rental period is given in the price list according to the period for information purposes. Depending on the availability of the villa, it can be rented under or over this period.
• If there is a new reservation to be created, it must be integrated with the previous or post-reservation or a gap of at least 5-7 nights must be left. Please contact us for exact rental dates.
•  For rentals of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee may be applied to the prices. For the exact prices for short-term rentals, check the prices by selecting the entry and exit dates from the reservation area on our page.

• We do not guarantee that you will not be seen 100% in the villas with sheltered pools. These villas always have a 10% bereavement.
• Spraying is done regularly in all villas that have a location in nature. Despite this, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.
• The photos on the site are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room into the photos, so the items can be seen larger than they are in the photos.
• Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlement units located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas.
