VILLA DESCRIPTION

Villa Alternatif , one of our modest options in the center of Kalkan, awaits you, our valuable guests, with its sea view and private pool. Our villa is very suitable for large families and groups of friends with its 4 bedrooms and 1 living room. There is a children's pool in the pool part of our villa.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st  Bedroom: The sea view suite has a double family bedroom, nightstand, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom and washbasin in the common lounge. (1st floor)

2nd  Bedroom: Youngster bedroom with sea view, two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, bathroom and washbasin. (2nd floor)

3rd  Bedroom: Sea view suite, double family bedroom, nightstand, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom & sink, balcony. (2nd floor)

4th  Bedroom: The sea view suite has a double family bedroom, nightstand, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and washbasin. children's bed. (3 floor)

Open Kitchen: Wooden design American kitchen refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in stove and oven, 8-person dining set and various kitchen equipment. (Ground Floor)

Living Room: Sea view, sitting group, LCD TV, 8-person dining table, exit to the pool. There is a water dispenser. (Ground floor)

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is also our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you cleanly. Our professional staff clean once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done on a fee basis.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
