Ideal for nuclear families, honeymoon couples as well as groups of friends, Villa MERT offers a comfortable holiday opportunity.

 ROOM INFORMATION

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, bedside table.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, bedside table.

Kitchen: A large American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, four built-in cooker, kettle, kitchen tools.

Living room: Sitting group, air conditioner, TV, dining table, middle table, shoe rack, cloakroom, shared bathroom.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you require additional cleaning services, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. they will provided by the villas maintenance staff, subjected to an extra fee.

Private swimming pool with a sea view. Pool dimensions; 7 meters long, 3.5 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

• Additional cleaning, extra sheets and towels, car rentals, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
• We do not guarantee that sheltered villas are  100% sight proof . These villas always have an avoidance rate of 10%.
• Spraying of insecticide  is carried out regularly in all villas located in nature. In spite of this; there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies etc. 
• Photos on the sites are taken with wide-angle lenses to fit the items in the room, so the items in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
• There are towel sets for showering  in the villa, beach towels are not included.
